When paid access ends
If you cancel a subscription
You can cancel anytime. Your codes keep working as normal until the end of the period you paid for.
After that: Your dynamic codes keep working. Editing them, creating new ones and scan tracking pause. For 7 days scans redirect as normal; after that a scan shows a short Honest QR notice and then continues to your destination. Nothing is deleted, and paying again removes the notice and restores editing and tracking for the same codes.
When a 12-month pass ends
A pass is one payment for 12 months. It does not renew and we never charge you again for it. It ends on the date shown in your account.
After that: Your dynamic codes keep working. Editing them, creating new ones and scan tracking pause. For 7 days scans redirect as normal; after that a scan shows a short Honest QR notice and then continues to your destination. Nothing is deleted, and paying again removes the notice and restores editing and tracking for the same codes.
Refunds
For a 12-month pass: ask within 14 days of buying it and we refund it in full.
For a subscription renewal you did not mean to keep: contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it. Details in our Terms of Service.
Static QR codes
Static codes are free and hold their destination themselves, so they work forever, with or without a plan. They cannot be edited after printing and do not track scans.

How much does Honest QR cost?
Static QR codes are free. Dynamic QR codes are $5 a month or $48 a year on Starter (12 codes), $10 a month or $96 a year on Pro (200 codes), and $25 a month or $228 a year on Business (600 codes). Prices are in US dollars. Each paid plan is also sold as a 12-month pass for one payment of the yearly price.
What is the 12-month pass?
One payment for 12 months of a paid plan, from $48 for Starter. It does not renew automatically and we never charge you again for it. It ends on the date shown in your account.
What happens when the 12-month pass ends?
Your dynamic codes keep working. Editing them, creating new ones and scan tracking pause. For 7 days scans redirect as normal; after that a scan shows a short Honest QR notice and then continues to your destination. Nothing is deleted, and paying again removes the notice and restores editing and tracking for the same codes. You can buy another year or start a subscription at any time.
Can I add another year or upgrade during a pass?
Yes. Another year of the same plan is added to your current end date, up to 24 months ahead. An upgrade starts a new 12 months on the higher plan and turns the time left on your current pass into extra days at the higher plan's price. You cannot move to a lower plan until your pass ends.
Is there a free trial with the pass?
No. The 7-day free trial comes with the monthly and yearly subscriptions. The pass is paid up front.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
